A Behavioral Architecture for Human-AI Collaboration SceneInBloom.com is an agentic content and commerce platform that turns movie scenes into shoppable lifestyle content. It looks at the production design choices of a scene for it's style and meaning (the symbolic choice of flowers in a scene) and matches real products against those visual and editorial criteria, with every match scored against human judgment. The system wasn't built to be another content platform. It was built to answer: when should AI act, when should it ask, and how does it earn the right to do more? The result: automated workflows, autonomous agents, trust graduation governance, an adaptive voice engine, and learning feedback loops — all operating under human creative direction.

At Samsara I designed unified Employee and Asset Profiles, a 360-degree view of performance and telematics data previously scattered across the platform. Most enterprise accounts depended on a single power user, and teams used external BI tools for basic analysis. Both created renewal risk. I built portable "Build once, use everywhere" BI modules that worked across all surfaces. The Profile launch centralized data for end users overcoming a top usage complaint and the centralized data modules gave product teams reusable multi-surface components they didn't have before.

I led the vision for a Google-wide OKR to connect merchants to their Business Profiles on Search and Maps. Previous approaches through Gmail and Search failed due to intent mismatch. I identified UGC surfaces where merchants were already managing their presence organically, providing the high-intent signals that made ML predictions work. Active merchants grew from 200K to 14M in six months, and the 70% dormancy rate dropped because these users arrived already engaged.

If you've signed into a Google Account, recovered a password, or set up a new device, you've used my work. I reconciled five fragmented authentication systems into a unified framework that still serves billions of users today. I led this vision across two years, building alignment at Director+ level across globally distributed teams. The result is a durable framework that secured user data, strengthened user trust, increased development velocity, and kept users signed in, enabling the personalization that drives user engagement and revenue.
